My friend Rob Rufus has recently revamped his second book, ‘Invading The Impossible‘. I was privileged enough a few years ago to sit down with Rob 2-3 times a week for a couple of months while I was helping him work through the rough drafts, shape his ideas and yes, even argue over a few poins for the first edition of this book. I have not yet had a chance to actually read the revamped edition, but I know the first edition doesn’t pull any punches.

Shortly after my wife and I arrived back in Hong Kong, I was once again privileged to sit down with Rob & Glenda and just catch up over the last two and a half years since we last saw each other. Rob and Glenda are two people who have inspired me greatly over the last few years. Not just with teaching, preaching and writing, but with example. They don’t merely preach a message, they live this message. They are amazing examples of 2 people who live out Acts 17:28-29, and they have done an awesome job of impacting a community of people in Hong Kong, and around the globe, to dare to do the same. Perhaps I should try my hand at interviewing and see if I can organize a Q&A session with Mr. Rufus…

Anyway, when I came around to unpacking my boxes of books after our move, I found 10 copies of the first edition of Rob’s book, ‘Invading The Impossible.’ Since New Nature Publications is obviously not selling this edition anymore, I thought I would use these copies in our first ever giveaway! (I might even see if I can get Rob to maybe sign them before I mail them out… No promises…)
