So true Luke! Grace has better blessings based on better promises. Sowing and reaping is good, but grace is so much better!

This is great:-)

One thing i think that many people often miss when it comes to sowing and reaping is that God sowed Christ for us to reap the benifits.. Sowing and reaping, although important, is inevitably a lower guage concept than the gospel of Grace..

Hi Cornel,
Great article to teach His gullible sheep. I went to a conference recently where a young ‘trainee’ pastor would be given a chance to preach from a passage of His choice before an offering is collected for each meeting (witnessed this in about 4 sessions) while the ‘senior’ guy stood by and looked on. What training ! A lady pushed it so far as even to suggest that the salvation of our loved ones would be impacted by that act of giving.Where is this inspiration coming from…….certainly not the exegesis of scriptures nor Spirit inspired.

Wow Cornel, you have opened up something really far reaching. I have recently expounded on this issue, this truth, this principal of sowing in a Penticostal Church of Christ and to some converts in a city jail I go to on Tuesday nights. I will address the readers of this the same. “How many of you want to know how to go broke?” Answer: “Give of necessity (under pressure/manipulation) and or grudgingly (unwillingness),” 2Cor. 9: 7. The fact is, as Cornel has said “money is value,” therefore when we sow money, as I did and was delivered of nearly a decade of drinking a 12 pack of beer + a 1/2 pint or more of whiskey, every night, 7 days a week, 3 days after that I was delivered as it felt as if electricity hit me on the head and I heard “The stronghold of alcohol in your thinking has been broken!,” and I have been free from even the desire of alcohol. The “Value of me” was increased in my health, finances, relationships etc. was added to me and the “Fruit (deliverance) of my righteousness I already had in Christ was increased by my deliverance being manifested,” 2Cor.9: 10. All of Gods Word is in seed form, the Lord told me, “Your responsibilty is to sow the Word, My responsibility is to give to you the harvest of the Word you sow conceived in your heart.” Lastly, whatever we ‘sow of the gospel’ we will ‘reap of the gospel’ be that of favor, healing, protection etc., if preachers dont like what they are ‘reaping’ they need to look at what they are ‘sowing’ in their messages, 1Cor. 9:14! Let me say unashamedly also, (Hope your not offended at this Cornel) Cornel preaches/teaches the gospel of grace, not law and Galatians 6: 6 says plainly “Let him that is taught in the word (word of His GRACE, Acts 20: 32) communicate (give) to him who teaches in all good things.” Cornel is good GRACE GROUND to give into!
