In my mind I might have made a work of believing, that you have to do one great work in order to be accepted ==water baptism, which I have been accused of not having done that yet. I no longer believe that is true, but the lie on itself might have led it's own life.
There are also unbelievers that receive signs and miracles. So it is not only meant for those who believe. If they follow you, does that mean on a regular basis? I have received a change of desires and much hunger for God (which is painful at times, because for what I want I only seem to be getting breadcrumbs). Also I have moments of joy and improvement of my health that I think cannot be explained from natural cause. The problem with this is that they are momental, they are passing away. It makes me think that I might still be living under law, which is fading glory. I repent of law and I don't want to live for it, but am not experiencing a lasting victory and freedom.

Getting saved is not about saying a magic little prayer. It is about believing in Jesus. If you believe in Him, tell Him that. After you have done that, you are saved. After you are saved, start living like Jesus told you to and the signs and wonders that will follow you will be your confirming green light.

Hello Cornel,

one thing I really need to deal with is being unsure of being born again. Sometimes doubt comes up and the same questions play in the back of my head. Did I say the right words and did I really believe it in my heart when I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and saviour? I know it's a one-time thing, but because I'm unsure I sometimes find myself praying the 'salvation prayer' again. Now I don't want to because I feel bad for unbelief that I haven't been accepted the first time I asked for it.

I wish God could just show me a green light or something, to know that it's done and I do not need to worry about it anymore. Do you have any advice for me?

Regards,
Kars

Hi Jesse,

This is a highly debated topic in the body, and I for one am convinced that it is not possible to lose your salvation if you were truly born again. I reason it logically because my nature has been recreated entirely holy and righteous. My old nature was crucified with Jesus and died with Him. For me to lose my salvation I would need to become unborn-born again which would mean Jesus has to die and be resurrected back into death. If that sounds complicated, let me explain it in natural ways. I can run away as far as I possibly can from my parents. I can disobey them in every regard but there is one thing I can't do and that is change who my parents are. My DNA is set for life, even if a court emancipates me from my parents. In the same way, I am now born of God, His DNA is in me and I can't do anything to get it out of me. The bible says Jesus is going to separate the goats from the sheep. What is the difference between the two animals? They have different natures. He is not going to separate the goats and sheep acting like goats from the sheep acting like sheep. He looks at your nature, not your actions. If you have the new nature, you are saved, now and forever. Most people who turn away from God do so because of lack of understanding and lack of knowledge. God isn't going to just let them fall away. He promised us to never leave or forsake us, so no matter how far we backslide, Jesus is right there with us.

I know this little paragraph doesn't explain it fully, so if you have more questions, please let me know on contact@charismaministries.org

Grace to you

Pls help. I have a question that's bugging my mind now, after I read it all. So is OSAS (Once Saved Always Saved) Doctrine true? That when you have Faith in Christ, there is no way for anyone to backslide? or to lose their salvation?

I just wanted to say that I absolutely loved this. I cried the whole time reading it out loud to my husband... My heart has never swelled with so much love and desire for more of my King, and also how thankful I am for Him...

I will definitely be sharing this with friends and family. I just wanted to thank you for your obedience to Christ. It's encouraged me and helped me remember who I am in Christ, and who I am becoming with Him...

God bless,
Heather

BRILLIANT! You have just put into words, what I have struggled with this morning when 2 JW came to my door with a scripture from Revelations. I won't go into the extent of the conversation, however I raised the point that by Grace we are saved, not by works that any man can boast, and our sins will not be held against us. I quoted scripture after scripture and gave examples of my marriage to convey my point the the Grace of God is sufficient for us. Our sins are forgiven, and we cannot live in fear of losing our salvation due to sin, as He brings a not a spirit of fear, but a spirit of Love. Yet these 2 ladies could not agree. They continued to say that you must repent and lead a good life in order to keep your salvation. That obeying the 2 commandments - Love your God and Love your neighbour are vital to maintaining your position in Heaven.

The goodness of God is beyond our comprehension. God has done above and beyond what was required to reconcile His people to Him. So to say otherwise, is to nullify the cross.

Sending you blessings and great encouragement Cornel, as you pursue and share the truth of our wonderful, powerful, amazing, glorious God.

Cornel,

I believe the Church is in need of a fresh revelation of the 'Big Picture', thank you so much for this teaching and thank you so much for being a pioneer.

Dear Cornel,
Super teaching. I pray that those who don't yet know Jesus will be Super naturally led to your website. Jesus has already created in Himself one new man out of the two. (Ephesians 2). Praise God for Jesus' finished work on the cross.
Thanks Cornel.

Dear Cornel,
Super teaching. I pray that those who don't yet know Jesus, and don't know where to look to find "fresh bread" and are against organized religion (I loathe that word!) will be Super naturally led to your website. In Jesus' name, Amen. Reg Watson makes a great point about how God makes the Israelites look for grace. Jesus has already destroyed "the dividing wall of hostility to create in Himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace, and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which He put to death their hostility." (Ephesians 2) Praise God for Jesus' finished work on the cross.
